Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs and times?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Shipping times are from the date that the items are shipped; items are usually shipped within five days of when you place your order.

Q: How can I see all of the available images on the site?
A: Go to the category "All Prints" which contains all of the available prints in all sizes. Email MichaelBogdanow@gmail.com if you are interested in purchasing a size not shown on this site.

Q: How do I inquire about the availability of a specific piece, a commission or original work, a piece on a particular theme or biblical text, and similar questions?
A: Please email MichaelBogdanow@gmail.com about these and any other questions, and put "Michael Bogdanow's Art Online" in the subject line. If you prefer, you may call (617) 875-1684.

Q: Will you send me some printed materials in the mail?
A: Yes, please email MichaelBogdanow@gmail.com or call (617) 875-1684, and, for free, we will be happy to send you materials about Michael Bogdanow's art. Please let us know if you are interested in any particular images and/or if you would like a free sample greeting card.
